  • 7 DB Single Arm Push Press (7L/7R)

3 rounds each of:

  • 12/10 Calorie Row/Bike/Ski
  • 6 Devil’s Press with One DB

2 rounds each of:

  • 10/8 Calories Row/Bike/Ski
  • 5 Burpees
