PREPARATION:

  • Run/Row/Ski/Bike for 500m
  • 30 second Wall Sit
  • 10 Single Leg RDLs with a barbell in one hand
  • 10 Single Leg RDLs with hand support and a single DB
  • 5 sets of Box Jumps (3 boxes in a row)

STRENGTH:

WE are going to mix it up and do “walking deadlifts” – AKA, Farmer’s Carries. 

E2MO2M for 16:00 (8 rounds):

  • Farmer’s Carry length of gym and back
  • build throughout the sets 

Met-Con WOD:

E2MOM for 20:00 (10 rounds):

  • 0:45 Bike/Ski/Air Assault/Row
  • 0:30 Double KB Rack Hold or D-Ball Across Chest Hold
  • REST remainder (0:45)
