  • Row 500m
  • Snatch warm up
  • 6 Snatch Pulls
  • 6 Snatch High Pulls
  • 4 more of each above with more weight

STRENGTH:

8 rounds of:

  • Halting Snatch Deadlift + Snatch Pull + Power Snatch
  • REST as needed between sets

Met-Con WOD:

EMOM, for 12:00, of:

Even Minutes – 3 reps of Hang Power Snatch @ 70%

Odd Minutes – 2 lengths of Weight room of Bottoms-up KB Carry  (Left up; Right back)

then:

  • 500-400-300-200-100m Row
  • REST 1:30 between pieces
