PREPARATION:

  • Row for 4 minutes

Snatch Barbell Warm-Up – 5 reps of each with bar

  • Snatch-Grip RDL
  • Snatch Pull from Below Knee
  • Muscle-Snatch
  • Overhead Squat
  • Snatch Push Press
  • Drop Snatch
  • Hang Power Snatch
  • Snatch from Below Knee

STRENGTH:

EMOM, for 6 minutes:

  • 2 reps of Snatch @ 40%, 50%, 55%, 60% and 65%

Followed by…

E2MO2M, until you miss the same weight twice:

  • 1 rep of Snatch @ 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 88%, 91%, 94%, 97%, 100%, 101%

Met-Con WOD: 

 “Jelly Belly” (from CrossFit New England)

Complete the following for Time:

  • 50-40-30-20-10: AbMat Sit Ups
  • 25-20-15-10-5: Calorie Bike or Row
  • 10-8-6-4-2: Push Press @ 115/65
