PREPARATION:

  • Row for 3:00
  • 10 Inchworms
  • 10 Good Mornings
  • 10 Rope Low-Pulls

STRENGTH:

Deadlift as follows:

  • 6 reps @ 40%
  • 5 reps @ 50%
  • 3 reps @ 60%, 65%, and 70%
  • 2 reps @ 80% and 85%
  • 1 rep @ 90% and 92.5%

REST as needed

Met-Con WOD:

IN waves, we will do:

2 rounds of “Loose Cannon”:

  • 3:00 Calorie Row
  • 2:00 Calorie Bike/Ski Erg
  • 1:00 Sit Ups

REST according to when the Bike or Ski Erg is available
