  • 10 High Pulls with bar
  • 10 Power Clean + Push Jerk

STRENGTH:

E2MO2M, for 20 minutes (10 sets):

  • Hang Power Clean + Power Clean

Perform all sets 2-4% heavier than two weeks ago.

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds, for time, of:

  • 10 Clean and Jerks @ 135/95 (or 65% of your C&J Max)
  • 400m Row
