  • Row 50/40 Calories
  • 20 KB Snatch (light)
  • Snatch Warm Up

STRENGTH:

E2MO2M, for 4 minutes (2 sets):

  • 1 rep of High Hang Snatch @ 55-60%

E2MO2M, for 4 minutes (2 sets):

  • 1 rep of Hang Snatch @ 65-70%

E2MO2M, for 4 minutes (2 sets):

  • 1 rep of Snatch from 2″ Below the Knee @ 75-80%

E2MO2M, for 4 minutes (2 sets):

  • 2 Snatch Lift-Offs + Snatch @ 85-90%

E2MO2M, for 4 minutes (2 sets):

  • 1 rep of Snatch x 1 rep @ 90-95%

Met-Con WOD:

For time:

  • 40 Single-arm KB Thrusters , switch hands evey 10 reps
  • 30 No push-up burpees
