PREPARATION:

  • Row 300m
  • 20 Banded Good Mornings
  • 10 Single Leg DB RDLs
  • 10 Deadlifts @ 40%
  • 6 Deadlifts @ 50%
  • 4 Deadlifts @ Bodyweight

STRENGTH:

  • Take 15 minutes to build to a Deadliift that is roughly 80-85% of your 1-RM Deadlift

and then…

EMOM, for 10 minutes:

  • 1 rep of Deadlift @ 85% of 1-RM Clean

Met-Con WOD:

“Meat Paws”  (from CrossFit New England)

4 Rounds for time of:

  • 21/15 Calorie Row/Bike/Ski
  • 15 Toes to Bar
  • 9 Hang Power Snatches @ 75/55
