PREPARATION:

  • Row 250m
  • 15 Push Press with 65/35
  • Row 250m
  • 12 Push Jerks with 65/35
  • Row 250m
  • 9 Hang Power Clean with 65/35

STRENGTH:

  • Take 15 minutes to build to a Power Clean that is roughly 80-85% of your 1-RM Clean

and then…

EMOM, for 10 minutes:

  • 1 rep of Power Clean @ 85% of 1-RM Clean

Met-Con WOD:

Complete the following for time:

  • 15 Cleans @ 135/95 (or 65% of our Clean)
  • 250m Row
  • 15 Push Press @ 135/95
  • 250m Row
  • 15 Power Cleans @ 135/95
  • 250m Row
  • 15 Push/Split Jerks @ 135/95
  • 250m Row
