  • 10 Goblet Squats with Heavy-Ass DB
  • 5 Strict Pull Ups

STRENGTH:

Deadlifts as follows:

  • 5 reps @ 50%, 55% and 60%
  • 3 reps @ 65%, 70% and 75%
  • 1 rep @ 80% and 85%
  • 10 reps @ 60%

Met-Con WOD:

PART A>

1-10 reps of:

  • Thruster @ 95/65
  • Pull Up

PART B>
