Happy Easter from us:) (most of us)…

PREPARATION:

  • Run 2 laps
  • 20 Perfect Air Squats
  • 15 Goblet Squats with pause 
  • 10 Goblet Thrusters

STRENGTH:

Similar to last week, except that we are adding on more set (while decreasing by 1 rep)

 Back Squat as follows:

  • 1 set of 8 reps @ 40%
  • 1 set of 7 reps @ 50%
  • 6 sets of 5 reps with increasing load based on feel (record numbers)

REST as needed between sets

Met-Con WOD:

PART A> Partner Action

8 rounds of the following, with Partners alternating (weight increases each round)

10 reps of:

  • Thrusters @ 45/35, 65/40, 75/45, 85/50, 95/55, 105/60, 115/65, 125/70

REST 5:00

PART B> Solo Effort

WE will start at different stations to allow.

You will work 0:45 and REST 0:45 until the work is done:

  • 50 KB Swings
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 50 Calories on the Rower/Ski/Bike
  • 50 Push Ups
  • 50 Wall Balls
