  • Row 21 Calories
  • 10 Hand-Release Push Ups
  • 5 Toes to Bar
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans @ 65/45

STRENGTH:

Build throughout the following:

  • 5 single reps of Squat Clean from the blocks
  • 3 reps of Hang Power Clean 
  • 3 reps of Power Clean
  • 2 reps of Hang Squat Clean
  • 2 reps of Squat Clean

then:

  • Push Jerks from the blocks

Met-Con WOD:

4 rounds of:

  • 21/18 Calorie Row
  • 15 Hand-Release Push Ups
  • 9 Toes to Bar

REST 1:30 between rounds
