PREPARATION:

 2 rounds of:

  • 250m Row
  • 10 Pistols
  • 10 Russian Twists
  • 10 Single Leg KB Deadlifts

STRENGTH:

Deadlifts as follows: 

  • Warm up set of 6 reps @ 50%
  • Warm Up set of 5 reps @ 60%
    *Set 1 – 4 reps @ 70%
    *Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75%
    *Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80%
    *Set 4 – 4 reps @ 75%
    *Set 5 – 3 reps @ 80%
    *Set 6 – 2 reps @ 85%

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of:

AMRAP in 3:00 of:

  • 10 Med Ball Cleans
  • 10/7 Calorie Row

REST 3:00 between rounds
