  • once again, folks are invited in to either do 18.4, or do an optional workout if they are done the Open WOD, or they are not interested
  • no one came in to do the Optional WOD on Saturday, so I am offering it up again for Sunday

  • Partner 1 – 600 m ROW
  • Partner 2 – 17 Clean & Jerks @ 135/95

 Switch – REPEAT

  • Partner 1 – 500 m ROW
  • Partner 2 – 17 Front Squats @ 115/75

 Switch – REPEAT

  • Partner 1 – 400 m ROW
  • Partner 2 – 17 Bench Press @ 105/70

Switch – REPEAT

  • Partner 1 – 300 m ROW
  • Partner 2 – 17 Power Snatch @ 95/65

 Switch – REPEAT
