  • 10 Shoulder Dislocates with PVC
  • Snatch warm-up

STRENGTH:

E2MO2M, for 8 sets (16:00), complete:

  • Hang Power Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch
  • start @ 50% and increase as form allows

Met-Con WOD:

“Swing and Miss”  ( a sweet and simple workout from CrossFit New England)
Complete the following for Time:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:

  • Calorie Row 
  • Kettlebell Swings @53/35
