PREPARATION:

  • Row 3:00
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans
  • 8 Hang Cleans
  • 6 Hang Squat Cleans
  • 4 Squat Cleans
  • 2 Clean and Jerks

STRENGTH:

E2MO2M, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

  • 1 rep of 3-Position Clean @ 60%
    (high hang, mid-patella, floor)

E2MO2M, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

  • 1 rep of Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk
    *Sets 1-2 = 70%
    *Sets 3-4 = 80%
    *Set 5 = 85%

E2MO2M, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

  • 1 rep of Clean & Jerk @ 90%

Met-Con WOD:

4 rounds of:

  • 1:00 – Calorie Row/Ski/Bike
  • 1:00 – Wall Balls
  • 1:00 – Double Unders
  • 1:00 – REST
