  • 8 Hang Power Snatch with bar
  • 6 Power Snatch with bar

STRENGTH:

  • 3 Overhead Squats

start off with 65/35 and build accordingly

  • 3 KB Swings
  • 3 Hand-Release Push Ups
  • 3 Calorie Row/Bike/Ski

Every round add 3 reps to the above pattern
