A year ago I had surgery on my back. Thanks to everyone for helping me back to the land of lifting:)

PREPARATION:

2 Steady Rounds:

  • 10 Goblet Pause Squats
  • 10 Strict Pull Ups
  • 15/10 Calorie Row

STRENGTH:

E2MO2M, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

  • 3 Snatch Pulls + 3 Power Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats @ 50-55%

Immediately followed by…

E2MO2M, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

  • 2 Snatch Pulls + 2 Power Snatches + 2 Overhead Squats @ 60-65% 

Immediately followed by…

E2MO2M, for 6 minutes (3 sets):

  • 1 Snatch Pull + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat @ 70-75% 

Met-Con WOD:

10 minute AMRAP of:

  • 7 Deadlifts @ 225/135
  • 14 Calorie Row
  • 21 Wall Balls
