PREPARATION:

  • Row 500m
  • 10 Incline Push Ups on a bench
  • 10 Seated on floor Band-resisted Barbell Rows

STRENGTH:

Similar to two weeks ago, but different:)

Superset the following 5 rounds:

  • 4 reps of Incline Bench Press @ 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%
  • 6 reps of 1 Arm DB Row

Superset the following 4 rounds:

  • 4 reps of BB Row @ heavier each round
  • 4 reps of DB Bench Press @ heavier each round

Superset the following for 2 rounds:

  • 8 reps of DB Pullovers @ heavier each round
  • 16 reps of DB Rear Laterals @ lightweight:)

Superset the following for 2 rounds:

  • 12 Dips
  • 12 BB Curls

Met-Con WOD:

4 rounds of:

  • 16 Calorie Row
  • 12 DB Snatch 
  • 16 Sit Ups
  • 12 Steps Of DB Overhead Lunge
