PREPARATION:

Gymnastics Skills Warm-Up
One (unbroken) set of:

  • 40 Incline Push Ups on box

Followed by. . .

Followed by. . .

Every minute, on the minute, for 3 minutes (3 sets) of:

Followed by. . .

One set of:

STRENGTH:

Something different with Deadlifts:

  • 1 set of 10 reps @ 45%
  • 1 set of 10 reps @ 50%
  • 1 set of 10 reps @ 55%
  • 1 set of 10 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 10 reps @ 65%

REST 2 minutes between sets

Met-Con WOD:

EMOM for 16 minutes:

  • Minute 1 – 14 Wall Balls (in weight room or hallway)
  • Minute 2 – 21 KB Swings
  • Minute 3 – 7 Push Press @ heavier each round
  • Minute 4 – REST
