  • Row 250m
  • 1 round of the 5 rep Snatch warm up sequence

STRENGTH:

Load according to form and feel for all of the following:

  • 1 set of 5 reps of Snatch Balance
  • 1 set of 4 reps of Snatch Balance
  • 1 set of 3 reps of Snatch Balance

E2MO2M, for 4 rounds, complete:

  • 2 reps of Power Snatch

E2MO2M, for 4 rounds, complete:

  • 1 rep of Split Snatch

Met-Con WOD:

WORKOUT 17.3 from the Row’d Royalty Online Competition:

  • 250M ROW, 30 SECOND REST
  • 500M ROW, 1 MINUTE REST
  • 750M ROW, 2 MINUTE REST
  • 1000M ROW
