PREPARATION:

Three rounds of:

  • 18 Calorie Row
  • 8 Jumping Lunges
  • 6 Hollow Rocks

STRENGTH:

From the CrossFit HQ main page:

  • Overhead squat 5-5-5 reps
  • Snatch balance 3-3-3 reps
  • Hang squat snatch 1-1-1 reps

REST as needed; build load according to form and feel

 

Met-Con WOD:

15 minute AMRAP of:

  • 24 steps of Single Arm DBell Lunge Walk 
  • 24 calorie Row
  • 24 Weighted Sit Ups
