  • 3 sets of 1 rep of Below the Knee Power Snatch

then:

E2MO2M, complete the following:

  • 3 sets of 1 rep of Power Snatch
  • 3 sets of 1 rep of Snatch

heavier each set based on form

  • 21 Power Snatch @ 75/45
  • 30/25 Calorie Row
  • 15 Power Snatch @ 85/50
  • 18/15 Calorie Row
  • 9 Power Snatch @ 95/55
