PREPARATION:

  • Row 400m
  • 10 slow and controlled KB RDL’s
  • 10 Good Mornings
  • 10 Single Barbell Deadlifts @ 65/45

STRENGTH:

Instead of Deadlifts for Strength (we are doing some in the Met-Con), we will be doing:

  • Trap Bar Farmer’s carries
  • Farmer’s Carries with DBells and Famer’s bars

Met-Con WOD:

Complete the following for time:

  • 30 Wallballs 
  • 12 Deadlifts @ 185/105
  • 12 Bar-Over Burpees
  • 20 Wallballs
  • 9 Deadlifts @ 225/115
  • 9 Bar-Over Burpees
  • 10 Wallballs 
  • 6 Deadlifts @ 275/135
  • 6 Bar-Over Burpees

REST 5 minutes
