PREPARATION:

Three rounds of:

  • Row 200m
  • 10 Muscle Snatch with bar

STRENGTH:

12 Minutes to complete a heavy Complex of:

  • 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch

Met-Con WOD:

Complete the following for time:

  • 800m Row
  • 30 Power Snatches @ 75/55*
  • 600m Row
  • 25 Overhead Squats @ 75/55
  • 400m Row 
  • 20 Thrusters @ 75/55

*95/65 is an option of course
