Strong(wo)man crew!

PREPARATION:

  • Row for 4 minutes – build through the 4 minutes (stroke rate around 24)
  • 10 KB Snatch L/10 KB Snatch R
  • 8 reps each side of the following Unilateral DB Press

 

STRENGTH:

E2MO2M for 6 minutes complete the following:

  • 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance
  • add weight as form allows

E2MO2M for 6 minutes complete:

  • 1 Hang Squat Snatch

E2MO2M for 4 minutes complete:

  • 1 Squat Snatch

Met-Con WOD:

CROSSFIT LINCHPIN TEST 4

2 Rounds for time of:

  • 18 Calorie Row
  • 15 Thrusters 95/65
  • 12 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
