PREPARATION:

2 rounds of:

  • Row 2o Calories
  • 10 Front Foot Elevated DBell Split Squats

STRENGTH:

Deadlifts as follows:

  • Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70%
  • Set 2 – 4 reps @ 75%
  • Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80%
  • Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85%
  • Set 5 – 4 to 6 reps @ 75%

REST 2 minutes between sets

Met-Con WOD:

As hard as you can:

  • 50 Calorie Row, 25 Dumbbell Bench Press
  • 40 Calorie Row, 20 Dumbbell Bench Press
  • 30 Calorie Row, 15 Dumbbell Bench Press
  • 20 Calorie Row, 10 Dumbbell Bench Press
  • 10 Calorie Row, 5 Dumbbell Bench Press
