  • 10 TRX Strap Rows (or Ring Rows)
  • Incline DBell Press

STRENGTH:

Bench Press as follows:

  • 6 reps @ 70%
  • 4 reps @ 77.5%
  • 2 reps @ 82.5%
  • 6 reps @ 72.5%
  • 4 reps @ 82.5%%
  • 2 reps @ 87.5%

Met-Con WOD:

Complete for time:

  • 750m Row
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 30 H-R Push Ups
  • 500m Row
  • 30 KB Swings
  • 20 H-R Push Ups
  • 250m Row
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 10 H-R Push Ups
