  • 10 Plate Sit Ups


6-4-2-6-4-2 reps of:

  • Push Press
  • load accordingly (your second round should be heavier than your first round)

  • 21 Wall Balls
  • 15/12 Calorie Row
  • 9 Toes to Bar
