STRENGTH:

Bench Press as follows:

  • REST as needed between sets

Dumbbell Bent Over Rows

  • 3 Sets of 10

Dumbbell-Weighted Abmat Sit-Ups

  • 3 Sets of 15

Met-Con WOD:

18-15-12 of:

  • Row for calories
  • Thrusters @ 95/65
  • Sit Ups
