  • 10 DBell Flyes
  • 10 DBell Arnie Pullovers

STRENGTH:

Bench Press as follows:

  • Set 1: 7 reps @ 70%
  • Set 2: 5 reps @ 75%
  • Set 3: 3 reps @ 80%
  • Set 4: 3 reps @ 85%
  • Set 5: 5 reps @ 80%
  • Set 6: 7 reps @ 75%

REST 2 minutes between sets

Met-Con WOD:

“Sorta’ Big Baseline”

Complete for time:

  • 50 Calorie Row
  • 40 Front Squats (115/65)
  • 30 T2B or Knees Up
  • 20 Push Jerks (115/65)
  • 10 Pull Ups
