PREPARATION:

2 rounds of

  • 20 calorie Row
  • 10 Good Mornings
  • 10 One Legged Deadlift with KBs

STRENGTH:

Deadlifts as follows:

  • 2-3  warm up sets as you feel
  • 5 sets of 5 reps @ 80%

Met-Con WOD:

 21-15-9 reps of:
  • Pull-ups
  • Push-ups
  • Sit-ups
  • Squats

REST 3 minutes

3 rounds:

  • Row 250m
  • 12 reps Deadlifts (bw)
  • 15 reps Box jump
