PREPARATION:

  • run 3 laps
  • 5 Bear Complex @ 65/45

STRENGTH:

  • 12 minutes to build to a 2 rep Max Pause Clean ( 3 second pause at the knee)
  • drop and reset between the 2 reps

Met-Con WOD:

21 – 15 – 9 of the following:

  • Calorie Row
  • Hand-Release Push Ups

1 loop of hallway Farmers Carry AHAP

9 – 15 – 21 of the following

  • Calorie Row
  • Push Press @ 115/65
