Rusty, as always is right, the Nutrition seminar is in two weeks (not net week) on June 13th.

PREPARATION:

2 rounds of:

  • Row 20 calories
  • 10 OHS with bar

STRENGTH:

Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:

  • 1 Heaving Snatch Balance + 1 Snatch Balance

Perform the movements at 75% of your 1-RM Snatch

then:

Every two minutes, for 8 minutes 4 sets) of:

  • Strict Shoulder Press

 

Met-Con WOD:

The workout is based on a WOD from CrossFit New England

“Row-itzer”
6 rounds of the following:

2 minute AMRAP of:

  • 20/12 Calorie Row
  • Max Power Cleans (155/75) in Remaining Time.
    Rest 2:00 Between Rounds.
