  • don’t forget the Nutrition Seminar at 7:00pm after class  on June 13th with Hari Ghuman
  • bring water bottles for tonight’s class

PREPARATION:

  • run 2 laps
  • side shuffle main hallway there and back once
  • 5 Bear Complexes with empty bar
  • Clean and jerk progression with Doc Blaine

STRENGTH:

We are changing it up for tonight. Time to dial into our other Maxes. We will get back to our Squatting next week

  • take up to 25 minutes to establish a current 1 rep Clean and Jerk Max

Met-Con WOD:

PART A>

Complete the following for time:

  • 12 Front Squats @ 65% of FS max
  • 9 Clean and Jerks @ ^
  • 6 Snatch @ 85% of Snatch max or 6 Push Press @ ^

REST 5 minutes

PART B>

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 Minutes of:

  • 10 Alternating DBell Snatch
  • 10 OH Lunge (6 R/6L)
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Hand-Release Push Ups

REST 5 minutes

PART C>

Not for time:

  • Collect 100m Sled Drag
  • 20 Forearm to Palm Planks
