  • 10 Seated KB Strict Press

and then:

10 Anti-Extension Deadbugs

STRENGTH:

Every 90 seconds for 10 rounds (15 minutes) complete the following:

  • 1 Hang Power Clean +  Hang Squat Clean
  • increase weight each round as possible

Met-Con WOD:

  • 400 m Row
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 105/60
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 30 KB Swings
  • 40 Wall Ball
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 Steps of Lunge
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 20 Power Cleans 10560
  • 10 Power Snatch 105/60
  • 400 m Row
