PREPARATION:

25-15-5 of:

  • Calorie Row
  • Power Clean with bar

STRENGTH:

Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

  • Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
    (pause at receiving position of split jerk for 1-2 seconds before recovering)

Heavier each set.

Followed by…

Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):

  • Power Clean + Front Squat + Clean & Jerk

  • 21 Push Press @ 95/65
  • 42 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 500m Row
  • 15 Push press @ 95/65
  • 30 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 250m Row
  • 9 Push press @ 95/65
  • 18 Abmat Sit Ups
