Be Honest With Yourself

PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • 15 Calorie Row
  • 12 Overhead Squats with bar
  • 9 V-Ups

STRENGTH:

EMOM for 12 minutes of:

  • 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean

Met-Con WOD:

  • Row 750m

then, perform 21-15-9 of:

  • KB Swing
  • Overhead Squat @ 65/45

then:

Three sets of:

  • Barbell Glute Bridges x 8 reps
    Rest as needed
  • Landmine Rows x 6 reps
    Rest as needed
