  • Hang  Power Cleans with bar
  • Front Squats with bar

STRENGTH:

Barbell Cycling:

EMOM for 3 minutes of:

  • 8 Unbroken Power Cleans @ 60%

REST 2 minutes

EMOM for 3 minutes of:

  • 12 Unbroken Power Cleans @ 50%

Met-Con WOD:

For time:

  • 40 Calorie Row
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Knees to Elbows
  • 10 Push Press @ 155/115
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 30 Goblet Squats
  • 40 Calorie Row
