 3 rounds of:

  • Row 200m
  • 10 DB Bench Press

STRENGTH:

Bench  Press as follows:

  • 1 set of 8 reps @50%
  • 1 set of 8 reps @55%
  • 1 set of 8 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 65%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 70%
  • 1 set of 4 reps @ 75%
  • 1 set of 4 reps @ 80%

Met-Con WOD:

  • Row 250m
  • 1 round of Barbara (20 Pull Ups, 30 Push Ups, 40 Sit Ups, 50 Air Squats)
  • 5 Clean and Jerks @ 65%
  • Row 250m
  • 1 round of Cindy (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats)
  • 5 Clean and Jerks @ 70%
  • Row 250m
