Elizabeth displays rock-solid inverted rows!

PREPARATION:

  • Row 2 minutes
  • 2 Bear Complexes with bar
  • Row 2 minutes
  • 3 Bear Complexes with bar

then, try a few of these bad boyz…

STRENGTH:

  • 20 minutes to find a current  1 rep Max Snatch (Squat, Power or Split)

Met-Con WOD:

4 rounds of:

  • 2 minutes for Max distance on Rower
  • 10 KB Snatch (5L/5R)
  • 25ft KB Overhead Lunge Left
  • 25 KB Overhead Lunge Right
  • 10 Box Jumps
