PREPARATION:

EMOM for 6 minutes of:

  • 10 Calorie Row
  • 5 DBell Push Press (Single Arm)

STRENGTH:

E3MOM for 21 minutes (7 sets):

Deadlifts:

Set 1: 7 reps at 60%

Set 2: 5 reps at 70%

Set 3: 3 reps at 80%

Set 4: 7 reps at 70%

Set 5: 5 reps at 80%

Set 6: 3 reps at 90%

Set 7: 5 – 7 reps at 75%

Met-Con WOD:

5 rounds of the following for time:

  • 6 Deadlifts @ 135/95
  • 6 Hand-Release Push Ups
  • 5 Power Cleans @ 135/95
  • 5 Chest to Bar  Pull Ups
  • 4 Thrusters @ 135/95
  • 4 HSPU
