PREPARATION:

STRENGTH:

E3MOM for 21 minutes (7 sets):

Cleans:

Set 1: 7 reps at 60%

Set 2: 5 reps at 70%

Set 3: 3 reps at 80%

Set 4: 7 reps at 70%

Set 5: 5 reps at 80%

Set 6: 3 reps at 90%

Set 7: 5 – 7 reps at 75%

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of the following:

Every MINUTE on the MINUTE for 3 MINUTES complete :

  • 3 Hang Squat Clean @ 155/95
  • 3 Bar Hop Burpees
  • 5 Toes to Bar

REST 2 minutes between rounds

 *on the third minute complete MAX TOES to BAR

** SCORE is the number of TOES to BAR completed on rounds 3,6, and 9
