Lacey sets the new Canadian record for the Snatch @ 92 kilos!!

PREPARATION:

  • Row 500m
  • 10 Muscle Snatches with bar
  • 10 OHS with bar

STRENGTH:

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes of:

  • 2 reps of Power Snatch @ 70%

then:

  • we will be working on Snatching from the Blocks at mid shin height

then:

  •   4 sets of 1 rep of Snatches

Rowing WOD:

WE need to start this by 7:00am to get it done by 7:30am

  • 1:00 @ rate 28/rest 2:00
  • 1:00 @ rate 30/rest 2:00
  • 1:00 @ rate 32/rest 3:00
  • 1:00 @ flat out

REST 5 minutes

  • repeat and beat previous scores
