PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • Row for 2 minutes @ Rate 24
  • 8 DBell Hang Squat Cleans
  • 6 DBell Push Press

STRENGTH:

Squat Cleans as follows:

  • Minutes 1-5: 2 Cleans
  • Minutes 6-10: 1 Clean

Use approximately 75%-80%

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds, each for time:

  • 3 Jerks @ 135/96
  • 4 Front Squats @ 135/95
  • 5 Power Cleans @ 135/95
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 40 Air Squats

REST 3 minutes between rounds
