STRENGTH:

  • 2 sets of 6 reps of Snatch High Pulls
  • 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1 of Snatches
  • using the last weight from ^, perform 3 sets of 3 reps of Overhead Squats

Met-Con WOD:

This workout is from Rowing WOD

2 rounds of:

  • 21 Calorie Row
  • 21 Thrusters @ 75/45 (Rx’d is 95/65)

REST 2:30 between rounds 

2 rounds of:

  • 15 Calorie Row
  • 15 Thrusters @ 75/45

REST 2 minutes between rounds

2 rounds of:

  • 9 Calorie Row
  • 9 Thrusters @ 75/45

REST 1:30 between rounds
