    Then:
    SLOW 6 minute AMRAP of: 
  • 10 Empty bar narrow grip OHS
  • 20 Double-unders
  • 1 lap of halls

STRENGTH/Met-Con WOD:

Running Clock:
At 0:01:

  • 7 Minutes to Find a heavy 2 rep Shoulder-To-Overhead

At 7:01:

  • 7 Minutes to Find a heavy 2 rep Cluster (or also known as Squat Clean Thruster)

At 14:01: 

21-15-9 of: 

  • Deadlifts  @ 185/135lbs
  • Wall Balls
  • Burpees
