PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • 2 minute Row
  • 8 OHS with bar
  • 6 Split Drops with bar just above forehead

STRENGTH:

Spend 20 minutes:

  • work up to a heavy Split Jerk single

Then:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Overhead Squats
  • 1 set of 6 reps 
  • 1 set of 4 reps
  • 1 set of 2 reps
  • 3 sets of 1 rep

heavier as form allows

Rowing WOD:

  • 6 minutes @ Rate 22

REST 2 minutes

  • 3 minutes @ Rate 22
  • 3 minutes @ Rate 24

REST 2 minutes

  • 5 minutes @ Rate 24

REST 2 minutes

  • 2:30 minutes @ Rate 24
  • 2:30 minutes @ Rate 26
