PREPARATION:

Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:


Minute 1 – Hamstring Curls (feet in rings), 15 reps
Minute 2 – Bird Dog, 10 reps
Minute 3 – Reverse Snow Angel, 15 reps

STRENGTH:

EMOM for 14 minutes:

  • 3 Deadlifts @ 80%
  • 3 Weighted Pull Ups (or 5 Ring Rows)

 

Met-Con WOD:

  • Row 1000m 

12 minute AMRAP of:

Minute 1: 20 second OHS Hold in bottom @ 45/35

Minute 2: 15 Abmat Sit Ups

Minute 3: 15 H-R Push Ups

REST 3 minutes

  • Row 500m
