PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • 8 Hip Extensions
  • 8 Overhead DBell Squats
  • 8 DBell Deadlifts

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 reps of Deadlifts @ 40%
  • 1 set of 8 reps @ 50%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 70%
  • 1 set of 4 reps @ 80%
  • 3 sets of 1 reps @ heavier

Met-Con WOD:

For time:

  • 40 calorie Row
  • 30 Deadlifts @ 155/95
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 10 Front Squats @ 155/95

REST 5 minutes

  • 6 trips of progressively heavier Farmer’s Carries
